You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the software development process aligns with best practices and client expectations. Your role will also include overseeing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive throughout the development cycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.- Experience with data visualization best practices to create effective dashboards.- Familiarity with database management and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
