Senior Salesforce Administrator

Overview: The Senior Salesforce Administrator with Solutions Architecture Experience will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and optimization of our Salesforce program. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business needs, and providing technical leadership to ensure the system’s effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce Administrators and other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in configuration, system architecture, and administration. Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and Lightning Web Components. Ensure solutions are aligned with Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design effective solutions. Conduct regular reviews of Salesforce configurations and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. Manage complex data models, data migration, and data transformation processes within Salesforce. Implement and enforce security best practices to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system capabilities and user experience. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. Participate in project planning, estimation, and management to ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget and scope. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical solutions, processes, and system configurations. Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Salesforce environment, implementing best practices. Foster a positive, high-performance culture through effective communication and collaboration. Minimum Qualifications, Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Skills & Knowledge: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices. Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes. Extensive experience with Lightning Component Framework (LWC and Aura) and Salesforce declarative development (Lightning Builder, Flow). Expertise in Salesforce integration using APIs (REST, SOAP) and middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft). In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, management best practices, and security controls (roles, profiles, permission sets).
