Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs, assess technology trends, and provide guidance on best practices, all while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on current and future projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and services.- Experience with network architecture and design principles.- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
