About the role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development. Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB. Experience with ServiceNow API integration (REST, SOAP). Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API). Knowledge of UI/UX design principles within the ServiceNow platform. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
