As requested, pls find the JD for GEN AI. To enhance efficiency by leveraging ServiceNow GenAI in streamlining processes, improved decision making, and better user experiences within ServiceNow platform. Leverage Azure Open AI and ServiceNow integration for better user experience. Improve agent productivity leveraging the power of ServiceNow GenAI. Should have experience in Now Assist implementation. With the aid of GEN AI, we need to generate Knowledge articles & Summary of similar resolved tickets to improve the efficiency. Note :- We need an Architect & Lead Profile to be Hired for Gen AI.
