Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead software development projects effectively - Mentor and guide team members - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies and methodologies in software development - Hands-on experience in end-to-end software development - Familiarity with tools for software configuration management
