You will also be responsible for developing new features and functionalities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Your role will require you to adapt to changing requirements and work efficiently to deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Signavio Process Intelligence.- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.- Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques.- Familiarity with business process management methodologies.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Signavio Process Intelligence.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
