Role: Technical Architect (12+ Years) Technical Lead (10+ Years) All positions must have hands-on Azure and Python experience Play a pivotal role in creating Digital platform for Medtech Companies related to connected devices Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) sensors, devices, data products, and applications will enable a next-generation of remote patient monitoring systems (RPMS) that are data-driven, patient-centric, smart, collaborative, continuously learning, and improving. Capability to translate business and tech strategy into an actionable roadmap, leading the implementation of enterprise and microservices architecture. Spearheading the Cloud Center of Excellence and guiding team proactively support all architecture activities, from developing platform products to managing cloud applications. Bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Mandatory skills: • Certified Azure architect • Extensive Cloverleaf and other relevant middleware experience • Extensive TCL scripting experience • Extensive HL7 v2 experience - certification preferred • Extensive HL7 FHIR experience – certification preferred • Experience integrating with various EHR FHIR servers • Experience implementing PACS integration • Experience implementing DICOM (single image, multi-part images, bulk, Zip, fileformats) Ingress, Ingestion of Metadata, Patient mapping, egress • Experience in working with API testing tools such as Postman, Bruno • 7+ years’ experience in Microservices solution on Azure cloud and has led the definition, and implementation of an architecture road map • Must have at least 7+ years of experience understand various components and migrating applications to Azure Cloud • Should have led atleast one or two digital transformation projects end to end- preferably in medical domain • Prior experience in modernizing legacy applications, migrating monolithic code to microservices, performance tuning and application monitoring • Bachelor’s degree, or advance degree in Computer Science, or MS • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing Environment • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment • Meticulous and methodical with high attention to detail • Out of box thinker and go getter attitude to solve problems and innovate rapidly • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance • Experience in Health Care industry and medical domain experience • Deep understanding of healthcare IT regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR) and familiarity with common healthcare applications, medical devices, EMR and interoperability standards (HL7, USCDI, FHIR, DICOM) and OMOP CMD. • Expert understanding of Azure/AWS services and their application in Life sciences environments. • Experience with designing and deploying secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions for healthcare workloads. • Strong understanding of networking (OKTA, OAuth2.0, TLS1.2, Entra ID), security (APIM, SPN, RBAC), and experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Terraform scripts and automation tools. • Expert level understanding of data strategies & data architectures (e.g., Data Mesh and Data Fabric), modern software engineering best practices and the capabilities of cloud-based platforms. • Expert hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Apache Spark, Python, SQL, Data Warehouses (Redshift, etc.), data modeling, and data engineering practices. Key Responsibilities: • Own the Strategy to Execution: Facilitate business and architectural alignment, connecting strategy to execution, through a collaborative, supportive and consultative manner, driving the organization’s digital business strategies and balancing innovation and growth. • Lead technical risk retirement initiatives and ensure horizontal platform programs are in alignment with architectural vision. Make sure thinnest viable platform increments are always ready for stream aligned teams to integrate. • Lead a collaborative community of architects, Leads and work with a strategic committee to guide the digital transformation and resolve any conflicts between delivery and enterprise business outcomes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Explain and promote data mesh, platform elements and the significance of the enterprise architecture to business stakeholders and data domain teams. • Coach and mentor other architects: Share expertise and guide junior architects, preparing them for future leadership roles and instill architectural thinking with product owners/managers and business stakeholders.
