Solution Architect

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical program management, or similar technical leadership roles. Roles and Responsibility Design and implement scalable and secure solutions using cloud-native technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical roadmaps. Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions and architectures. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Job Requirements Strong understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery. Experience working in the telecommunications industry with knowledge of telecommunication architecture. Proficient in API design, client-server interaction design, and cloud infrastructure architecture. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Experience delivering products against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time. Comfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Written and verbal fluency in the English language is required.
