Job Title: Empower Tester (Mortgage Domain) Experience: 8 - 12 Years Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Empower Tester with strong expertise in the Mortgage Loan Origination domain and hands-on experience testing the Dark Matter Empower Loan Origination System (LOS). The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end functional testing experience across Retail and Correspondent mortgage lending workflows and be proficient in test planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities - Perform end-to-end testing of the Dark Matter Empower LOS across Retail and Correspondent mortgage channels. - Validate mortgage loan origination workflows throughout the loan lifecycle. - Test Empower components including - Document Repository - AIVA Rules - ODS Database - Product & Pricing Modules - Validate integrations with third-party vendors such as: - DataVerify - CMS Appraisal Services - PXP/OFAC - Fraud Services - RealEC Interfaces - Prepare test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data. - Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Client Acceptance Testing (CAT), and Regression Testing. - Manage defects using Rally and ensure timely resolution through collaboration with development teams. - Conduct stakeholder meetings to demonstrate fixes, enhancements, and deployment outcomes. - Collaborate with business users and project teams to ensure quality deliverables. Required Skills - Strong experience in Dark Matter Empower LOS Testing. - In-depth knowledge of Mortgage Loan Origination Systems and mortgage lifecycle processes. - Experience with Retail and Correspondent Lending. - Expertise in Functional, Integration, UAT, and Regression Testing. - Hands-on experience with Product & Pricing, AIVA Rules, Document Repository, and ODS Database testing. - Experience testing third-party mortgage vendor integrations. - Solid knowledge of defect tracking and reporting using Rally. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills - Exposure to Agile methodologies. - Experience working with mortgage banking clients. - Ability to independently drive testing activities and stakeholder demos. .
