About the role
Define and own the QA strategy for the Data Ops platform covering data ingestion transformation storage analytics and consumption layers Establish test frameworks standards and governance aligned to enterprise SDLC and Data Ops best practices Act as the single point of accountability for quality metrics defect leakage and release readiness Design and execute data validation reconciliation and integrity testing across oIngestion pipelines batch streaming oETLELT processes oCurated data layers and data products Validate data completeness accuracy timeliness lineage and consistency Perform schema metadata and entitlement testing to ensure correct data access and governance Support data migration and cutover testing for legacytocloud transitions Drive test automation for data pipelines APIs and platform components Integrate QA into CICD pipelines for continuous testing and quality gates Leverage cloudnative tools and frameworks for scalable test execution Validate AWS platform components such as S3 Glue Lambda Redshift Athena EMR Step Functions Ensure compliance with security privacy and regulatory requirements relevant to Wealth Management eg data segregation auditability access controls Support nonfunctional testing including performance scalability resiliency and failover scenarios Partner with InfoSec and Data Governance teams to validate controls and policies Collaborate with product owners data architects engineers and business stakeholders Translate business requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria Provide clear quality dashboards and reporting for leadership and clients Support UAT and business signoff activities
