Job Summary

Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Selenium Java Testing to design develop and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks within the SDET skill cluster Job Description Design develop and maintain robust and reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java Automate functional regression smoke and sanity test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers QA and business analysts to integrate automation into the software development lifecycle Implement automation using TestNG and JUnit following best coding and framework design practices Perform crossbrowser testing to ensure compatibility across Chrome Firefox Edge and other browsers Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps Analyze test results log defects and track issues to closure using defect tracking tools Maintain test data documentation and reports to track automation results and quality metrics Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives Roles and Responsibilities Design develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java Build and enhance automation frameworks including Hybrid DataDriven and KeywordDriven approaches Collaborate with development and QA teams to assess automation feasibility and coverage Integrate automation suites with CICD pipelines ensuring smooth execution Perform crossbrowser and crossplatform testing to validate application behavior Analyze test execution results identify defects and coordinate with teams for timely resolution Participate in sprint planning daily standups retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies Provide estimates status updates and documentation related to automation efforts Ensure adherence to software testing life cycle STLC and software development life cycle SDLC best practices Continuously update skills and stay abreast of new testing tools and technologies Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team LocationPlano TX
