Job Description: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications. Your role will involve collaborating with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies. You will execute both automated and manual test cases to ensure product quality, as well as identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, contribute to automation framework improvements, perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing, ensure test coverage, and maintain test documentation. You will work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint ceremonies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies. - Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure product quality. - Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation framework improvements. - Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing. - Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation. - Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint ceremonies. Qualification Required: - 24 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation. - Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver. - Proficiency in programming languages like Java / Python / JavaScript. - Experience with test frameworks like TestNG / JUnit / Mocha. - Positive understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman / REST Assured). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps). - Experience in version control systems like Git. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
