About the role
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming enterprise data into actionable operational and business insights. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering, consolidating, and interpreting data from various enterprise applications, platforms, and processes. - Analyzing patterns, trends, and anomalies to generate meaningful business and operational insights. - Supporting IT Service Delivery governance, including quality, incident, problem, change, and observability. - Building recommendations and insights to enhance performance, reliability, and decision-making. - Designing and delivering reports, dashboards, and analytical views tailored to stakeholder needs. - Partnering with operational and business teams to conduct enterprise-wide analytical studies. - Applying analytics and automation tools across cloud and on-prem environments. To excel in this role, you should possess the following mandatory skills: - Advanced Data Analysis & Interpretation - IT Service Delivery & Operational Governance Analytics - Cloud and On-Prem Data Environments - Reporting, Dashboards & Observability - Automation and Insight Generation - Stakeholder Communication & Influence Additionally, you should have 6-8 years of experience in enterprise data analysis or IT operations analytics, a strong understanding of enterprise applications, service delivery processes, and governance, and a proven ability to convert raw data into actionable, outcome-focused insights. You should be comfortable operating across technical depth and business context. While not mandatory, experience in aviation, large enterprises, or regulated environments would be a plus for this role.
