About the role
As a Data Analyst in our company, you will be a self-driven analytics expert responsible for transforming enterprise data into actionable operational and business insights. Your role will support improved decision-making across IT Service Delivery and business operations by leveraging strong domain understanding, analytical rigor, and modern analytics and automation platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, consolidate, and interpret data from enterprise applications, platforms, and processes - Support IT Service Delivery governance, including quality, incident, problem, change, and observability - Build recommendations and insights to improve performance, reliability, and decision-making - Apply analytics and automation tools across cloud and on-prem environments - Advanced Data Analysis & Interpretation - IT Service Delivery & Operational Governance Analytics - Cloud and On-Prem Data Environments Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in enterprise data analysis or IT operations analytics - Proven ability to convert raw data into actionable, outcome-focused insights - Experience in aviation, large enterprises, or regulated environments is a plus If you are looking to join a team where you can play a critical part in improving governance, reliability, quality, and observability of IT services by consolidating data, identifying patterns and trends, and driving evidence-based recommendations, then this Data Analyst role is the perfect fit for you.
