As a Kubernetes Support Engineer, you will: Provide expert operational support for Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) clusters, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability. Act as a key point of escalation for complex OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container platform issues. Own production incidents end-to-end; diagnosis, remediation, root-cause analysis, and prevention of recurrence. Work with the engineering teams to aid them in the design, implementation and maintenance of automated solutions to enhance the reliability and efficiency of ARO environments, including the review and implementation of disaster recovery runbooks and backup policies (OADP).
