You will work in a Feature Team in the Engineering Hub in India, collaborating closely with UK colleagues in the Studio to deliver change across the marketing technology estate. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline Key Responsibilities: - Project Delivery: - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects involving Java, Spring Boot, and Azure backend systems, meeting quality standards. - Code Quality: - Maintain high standards of code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices. - System Performance: - Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications built on Java Spring Boot and Azure technologies. - Documentation: - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for backend solutions, including system designs and API documentation. - Compliance and Security: - Ensure applications and Azure deployments comply with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. - Innovation: - Stay updated with the latest Java, Spring Boot, and Azure features to drive continuous improvement and innovation within projects. - Stakeholder Satisfaction: - Deliver solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
