If you are a Senior Front End Engineer, you will join the Studio working in a Feature Team delivering change across the marketing technology estate. Your role will be based in the Engineering Hub in India, collaborating closely with UK colleagues in the Studio. Here are the key responsibilities: - Project Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate project delivery involving Java, Spring Boot, and Azure backend systems, meeting quality standards. - Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to coding guidelines. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for frontend solutions, including system designs and API documentation. - Compliance and Security: Ensure applications and deployments comply with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. - Innovation: Stay updated with the latest Javascript, ReactJS, and Frontend features to drive continuous improvement. - Stakeholder Satisfaction: Deliver solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and deploying applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Webpack, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Collaborating with team members to deliver cohesive digital solutions. - Troubleshooting technical issues related to backend implementations. - Developing and executing tests to ensure solution reliability and quality. - Mentoring junior developers and contributing to their professional development. - Managing and configuring backend instances. Additionally, you will actively engage in defining standards and guidelines, improving security and code quality, and applying DevOps engineering experience. For this role, you must be an expert in ReactJS, Javascript, Redux, and related technologies. You should have 5-7 years of experience in delivering quality software solutions, with a strong understanding of frontend technologies. A Bachelor's or masters degree in IT is required.
