Application Engineer - Fixture and Tooling

Job Description Application Engineer Fixture & Tooling Department: Engineering / Technical Services Reporting To: Manager Application Engineering Location: Bangalore (Extensive travel across India and overseas) Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and technically competent Application Engineer Fixture & Tooling to support fixture implementation, CNC programming, process optimization, and customer technical support. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize 3-Axis and 4-Axis CNC machining programs. Perform fixture prove-out, process validation, and troubleshooting. Support installation, commissioning, and production trials. Analyze machining processes and improve productivity. Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and project teams. Prepare technical reports and customer presentations. Provide customer support for machining, tooling, and fixture issues. Travel extensively across India and overseas. Qualifications Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. 23 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of 3 & 4 Axis CNC programming. Fixture prove-out and troubleshooting skills. Good analytical and presentation skills. Valid passport. Willingness to travel extensively.
