Engineer Operations

Position Overview The Operations engineer is responsible for bridging the gap between customer requirements & the development team Ensuring successful implementation & support of our solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, communicating effectively with both customer & the development, & providing ongoing support to maintain strong Customer relationships. Essential Qualification: BE in Electronics & Communication or equivalent. Diploma in any Electronics stream is also eligible. 0 1 year of experience in Operations or Technical Support. Key Responsibilities: Implement the released functionalities & at customer end / inside the company , provide training to end-users & technical staff during onsite visits. Conduct thorough test of received hardware s & conduct instructed tests to ensure hardware functionality & quality standards.
