About the role
As a DevOps Engineer at M2P Fintech, you will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence by designing and implementing infrastructure to deliver and run software services. You will also assist internal teams in adopting a DevOps mindset, fostering a more customer-focused and agile approach. Key Responsibilities: - Launch projects through hands-on implementation and drive improvements to existing infrastructure. - Collaborate with business development, marketing, and capabilities development teams to shape and build M2P cloud and infrastructure practice. - Establish controls and processes for continuous delivery of applications, including automations at all stages of the process. - Monitor and ensure that technical expectations of deliverables are consistently met on projects. - Lead DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure engineering, adjusting and proposing innovative solutions to current constraints and business policies. Qualifications Required: - B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent. - Experience in designing and architecting enterprise and/or web-scale hosting platforms, administering application servers, web servers, and databases. - Deep understanding of cloud, virtualization, container platforms (Kubernetes), infrastructure automation (Terraform), and application hosting technologies. - Familiarity with DevOps philosophy, Agile methods, Infrastructure as Code, and leading infrastructure and operations with these approaches. - Proficiency in server virtualization, IaaS, PaaS cloud, infrastructure provisioning, configuration management tools, and scripting. - Experience with continuous integration tools, monitoring systems, stress and performance testing, and Observability Pattern. - Bonus: experience with unit testing, automated testing tools, and previous work in Banking or Fintech industry.
