Agile Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst at our fast-growing SaaS startup, your role is crucial in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring that we continuously deliver valuable features to our users. You will act as the voice of the customer, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team to drive product success. Key Responsibilities: - Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer needs. - Provide clear and continuous communication to the development team regarding feature requirements and business logic. - Review deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the product vision before release. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - 15 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role. - Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Scrum teams. - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for backlog and roadmap management. - Experience in a SaaS or startup environment. - Understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
