Associate Director Automation and AI

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling the enterprise automation capability. The role combines technology depth, advisory mindset, and delivery ownership to drive next-gen automation including Agentic AI. Key Role Expectations Lead end-to-end Automation CoE for the enterprise Transition from traditional RPA to Intelligent & Agentic Automation Champion innovation, value realization, and transformation Act as a bridge between business, technology, and strategy Be a hands-on leader, not a supervisory manager Key Responsibilities Enterprise Automation Leadership Define long-term automation & AI roadmap Scale adoption across business units Establish governance, standards, and best practices Drive enterprise-level value realization Improve / evolve the overall value proposition of the existing set up.
