About the role
Role & responsibilities (18+ Years ONLY) The Director of Automation leads Org's Automation Center of Excellence, overseeing teams, strategy, and technology to enhance enterprise automation. Key Responsibilities Manage daily automation support, product enhancement, and deployment across business lines.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions, drive automation strategy, and ensure quality delivery.Lead development, management, and deployment of automation, including new technologies and continuous improvement.Establish standards, monitor progress, and ensure data security and system reliability.Develop vendor relationships, evaluate emerging tools, and manage budgets.Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree required; masters preferred, with healthcare experience advantageous.18+ years relevant experience, 5+ in leadership.Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), scripting languages (C#, Java, Python), and data tools (SQL, Tableau).Strong communication, decision-making, and team management skills.Ability to build strategic relationships, foster a positive culture, and lead change.Leadership & Personal Attributes Focus on quality, integrity, inclusion, and stakeholder engagement.Mentors teams, promotes open communication, and drives results.Ensures alignment of automation with organizational goals and resilience.
