MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: (10-14 Years only) Lead efforts to architect, design, develop, deploy, and support software systemsArchitect and design robust, secure data integrations with vendor systemsCollaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and the development team on product architecture and technical designProvide technical leadership in large-scale development projects involving multiple areas outside of the core teamCollaborate with other technical teams across IndiaDesign fitforpurpose products to ensure products align with the customer's strategic plans and technology road mapsDemonstrate a deep understanding of valuebased decisionmaking and Agile principles across teamsCoach the team on the existing system structure, constraints, and deficiencies with the productMentor developers in software development and architectural practicesContribute to a smooth CI / CD pipelineShare knowledge and experience to contribute to the growth of overall team capabilitiesProvide leadership in the deployment, change, configuration, management, administration, and maintenance of the deployment process and systemsFocus on customer satisfactionRapidly prototypes and delivers justintime solutionsWork in an environment with rapidly changing business requirements and prioritiesDemonstrate deep understanding and act as a leader in the teams continuous integration and continuous delivery automation pipelineEstablish and drive adoption of best practices for architectural and coding patterns, DevOps practices, and framework usageCollaborate with product managers and designers to ensure the feasibility of product directionArchitect and design software products and lead the development and implementation of solutions with minimal supervisionProvide ongoing technical support for both existing and new applicationsYears of Experience: 1015 years of experience in:Technical leadership in small to medium multirole teamsDevelopment background with expertise in .NET, C#, as well as database design and development experience for transactional and reporting databases on relational and NoSQL platformsTechnical skills Expertise with C#, .Net product development.Hands-on coding and review experience (required)Experience with Microsoft Azure / GCP (preferred)Experience with Microsoft Service Bus(preferred)Experience with Microservice Architectures (required)Strong experience with Relational and Non-Relational databases.Strong experience in software architecture and public cloud architecturesDemonstrate a strong understanding of software patterns, software modeling, secure programming principles, testdriven development or another unit testing methodology, and codestandards complianceArchitect and design software products, as well as lead the development and implementationof solutions with minimal supervisionStrong DevOps skills is preferred .
