Job Description:Role & Responsibilities:Lead Enterprise Architect:- Create and maintain the overall enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.- Define the North Star Vision and target state architecture for one or more domains within a business unit and develop strategies to deliver via funded programs.- Define architectural frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure consistency and scalability across systems.- Lead cross-functional teams to assess, design, and implement technology solutions that address current and future business needs.- Oversee solution architecture and design within a specific business unit while ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide standards.- Evaluate emerging technologies to determine their potential impact and applicability within the enterprise ecosystem.- Act as the design authority for solutions within the portfolio and specific business unit.- Develop roadmaps and business cases to secure funding for short-term and long-term architecture interventions.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into an actionable technology strategy.- Engage stakeholders to address key focus areas and communicate risks with mitigation strategies.- Optimize existing IT systems and processes, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient.- Act as a mentor and guide for architecture teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.- Provide regular updates to leadership on architectural progress, challenges, and opportunities.- Foresee possible risks in architectural plans and implement solutions to mitigate them effectively.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations for platform or service improvements.Required Skills :- 12 to 18 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Consulting.- Strong expertise in designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native, and distributed application architectures.- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).- Hands-on understanding of Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js based enterprise application ecosystems.- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.- Expertise in enterprise integration technologies, including API Gateways, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar integration platforms.
