Key Responsibilities Lead the Intelligent Automation CoE with a focus on Agentic AI and Intelligent Process Automation. Design and deploy AI agents capable of autonomous operations across cloud/on-prem/hybrid environments. Architect intelligent workflows that adapt, learn, and self-correct in real-time. Operationalize agentic AI solutions for document processing, SAP GUI automation, and email orchestration. Collaborate with GenAI and DIP teams to embed intelligent assistants across Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain. Drive orchestration of cross-functional automation use cases with real-time exception handling and decision-making. Engage with vendors like Automation Anywhere and Avenir Digital to scale agentic AI capabilities. Ensure alignment of automation initiatives with enterprise digital transformation goals. Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks including FAISS, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and LLM-powered automation. Proven delivery of intelligent process automation solutions across enterprise functions with 40 80% efficiency gains. Expertise in Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Python, UiPath, and Azure OpenAI. Experience in orchestrating autonomous workflows and integrating AI agents into RPA frameworks. Strong understanding of intelligent document processing, email parsing, and SAP GUI automation. Ability to scale automation frameworks and drive CoE strategy across global teams. Stakeholder management and collaboration with business/functional teams and external vendors.
