Job Description Job Title - Oracle C2M Solution Architect Location - PAN India (remote) Experience - 10 + years Notice - Immediate Joiner Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for utility clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle C2M, Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), and utility business processes such as Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Customer Service, and Smart Metering. The role involves defining solution architecture, leading design workshops, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle C2M solution architecture for implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects. Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and prepare Fit-Gap Analysis. Design scalable end-to-end Meter-to-Cash solutions aligned with utility business processes. Define solution architecture for C2M modules including: Customer Management Meter Data Management Billing Credit & Collections Payment Processing Field Activities Design integrations with Oracle Utilities products (CC&B, MDM, CCS) and enterprise applications Review functional and technical design documents and ensure adherence to Oracle best practices. Provide technical leadership to development and testing teams. Support solution estimation, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities Lead architecture governance, code reviews, and deployment planning Manage stakeholders and provide guidance throughout project lifecycle.
