Job Description Job Title - Technology Lead Azure, .NET, Mendix & DevOps Location - Hazira Surat Experience - 10 + years Notice - Immediate Joiner Requirements: A Technology Lead is required with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Azure, .NET, Mendix, Python, and integrations within the Indian manufacturing industry. Leadership experience is expected in guiding teams on SDLC, DevOps pipelines, ITIL processes, architectural design, and best practices for ERP, cloud, and homegrown applications. Key Responsibilities Provide architectural blueprints and conduct code reviews for .NET, low-code platforms (Mendix/Power Apps), Python (Django/Flask), Java APIs, and microservices. Lead DevOps strategies and CI/CD pipeline implementations using Azure DevOps, Git, and Jenkins for Azure deployments, AKS, IoT Hub, and Synapse. Implement ITIL frameworks, including incident and change management processes, for Azure operations. Architect Python-based analytics and automation solutions while mentoring development teams. Design cybersecurity architectures aligned with CERT-In and ISO 27001 standards, integrated with DevOps practices. Optimize Agile and SDLC processes across multiple technology stacks. Required Skills & Competencies Strong DevOps proficiency, including Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM templates. Working knowledge of ITIL v4, service management, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. Proven architecture leadership in .NET, low-code platforms (Mendix/Power Apps), Python, Java, APIs, and microservices. Strong Azure expertise, including AKS, IoT Hub, Machine Learning, Power BI, and enterprise integrations. Experience mentoring cross-functional Agile and DevOps teams. Qualifications BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized Indian university (IIT/NIT preferred). M.Tech is an advantage. Preferred certifications: SAP S/4HANA, Azure DevOps (AZ-400), ITIL v4 Foundation, and DevOps Institute certifications. 10+ years of experience leading SDLC and DevOps initiatives across SAP, Azure, and .NET environments within the Indian manufacturing sector.
