Job Description Job Title - Oracle EPM (PBCS & ARCS) Functional Consultant Experience - 6 - 10 Years Location - PAN India Notice - Immediate to 15 days Requirement:- We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) and Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The consultant will work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Oracle EPM applications, support testing, and ensure successful implementation and post-production support. Key Responsibilities - Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and FP&A; teams. - Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs). - Configure Oracle PBCS/EPBCS applications, including planning models, forms, dashboards, business rules, and approval workflows. - Configure Oracle ARCS for reconciliation compliance, account profiles, transaction matching, and reconciliation workflows. - Manage metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and security. - Support data integration with Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, or other source systems. - Perform UAT, SIT, CRP, and production deployment activities. - Provide user training and post-go-live support. - Collaborate with technical consultants for integrations, business rules, and reporting. - Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides. Required Skills - Robust functional knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Close processes. - Hands-on experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS and ARCS. - Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing. - Knowledge of Smart View, Data Management/Data Integration, metadata management, and security. - Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite integration is preferred. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. .
