Data Modeler

We are hiring for Data Modeler in HCL Technologies at Bangalore & Hyderabad location who will be responsible for designs and maintains data structures for an organization's databases Responsibilities Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models. Evaluating existing data systems. Working with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows. Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system. Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility. Implementing data strategies and developing physical data models. Updating and optimizing local and metadata models. Evaluating implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency. Troubleshooting and optimizing data systems.

Qualifications 6+ years of proven experience as a Data Modeler or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful data modeling projects. Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Collibra, and Erwin. Strong understanding of database management systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data requirements into practical solutions. High proficiency in SQL and experience with relational, non-relational, and multi-dimensional databases. Demonstrated attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and reliability. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Collibra, Erwin, Data warehousing, ETL and SQL ( Mandatory Skills)
