Job Title E & M Head Industry Healthcare / Hospital Location Jaipur Experience 5-10 years Qualification BE/BTech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) | MBA/MHA preferred Job Purpose Manipal Hospital, Jaipur is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Associate Manager Engineering & Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing hospital electrical infrastructure and facility systems. Key Responsibilities Supervise and inspect installation, testing, and performance of hospital electrical systems. Manage emergency backup systems including DG sets, UPS, and ATS. Interpret electrical blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and statutory regulations. Oversee operation and maintenance of chillers (e.g., Water Cooled systems). Coordinate with Biomedical, HVAC, and Maintenance teams for integrated facility management. Handle operations of STP, ETP, WTP & RO Plants. Ensure timely renewal of licenses and compliance with Fire Safety, PCB, Electrical Inspectorate, and other statutory authorities. Key Skills & Competencies Expertise in hospital project planning and execution. Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial management skills. Experience in vendor, consultant, and contractor management. In-depth knowledge of hospital engineering systems and workflows. Risk management and statutory compliance handling. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and ERP systems. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in multi-specialty hospital projects. Exposure to NABH accreditation and healthcare compliance requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work within tight timelines.
