The role requires strong technical expertise in PCB design along with proven people management experience. Key Responsibilities Lead high-speed PCB design and development activities. Drive PCB layout reviews, SI/PI analysis, DFM validation, and design approvals. Manage and mentor a team of PCB Design Engineers. Establish PCB design standards, methodologies, and best practices. Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product teams. Drive continuous improvements in PCB design processes, automation, and productivity. Support new product development and advanced PCB technologies.
