QA Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer at MantraCare, located in Paschim Vihar, Delhi, you will play a crucial role in executing and scaling test automation across UI, API, and end-to-end workflows. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure test quality, enforce stability in releases, and meet defined quality benchmarks with every deployment. Responsibilities: - Design and implement E2E test suites using Playwright or Cypress for critical user journeys - Collaborate with developers to enhance unit and integration test coverage using Jest/Vitest - Develop and maintain automated regression test suites for both existing and new features - Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to guarantee clean and reliable builds for every PR - Identify high-risk areas and prioritize automation based on their impact - Maintain structured test plans and technical documentation - Debug issues proficiently using browser dev tools, logs, and network tracing Technical Requirements: - Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript - Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Puppeteer (projects/internships acceptable) - Proficiency in unit testing using Jest, Vitest, or Mocha - Experience in API testing utilizing Postman, Supertest, or similar tools - Familiarity with Git (GitHub/GitLab) and CI/CD workflows - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good to Have: - Exposure to Docker or containerized environments - Knowledge of automation patterns such as POM and data-driven testing - Understanding of Agile development practices If you are a fresher with relevant projects/internships in QA/Automation or have up to 3 years of experience in QA or test automation and are willing to work onsite in Paschim Vihar, Delhi, you are encouraged to apply for this position.
