About the Ideal Candidate You bring: A Bachelor's or Master€™s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 10-15 years of professional experience in software development. Proven experience in system architecture and scalable software solutions. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Expertise in software design, debugging, performance optimization, and testing strategies. Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence technical direction. Experience in: Go, TypeScript, React, and AWS serverless services.
