QA Engineer Duck Creek (Manual & Automation) Location: Mohali, Punjab, India | Experience: 3+ Years | Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a talented QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing, along with hands-on experience in the Duck Creek Insurance Suite. The ideal candidate should have worked on Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Producer projects and possess a strong understanding of insurance domain testing. Key Responsibilities Perform Manual and Automation testing for Duck Creek applications.Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and automation scripts.Validate end-to-end business processes in Duck Creek Policy and Producer modules.Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing.Identify, report, track, and verify defects using Jira/ADO.Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality deliverables.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases. Required Skills Minimum 3+ years of QA experience.Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Producer.Strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.Hands-on experience with automation using Playwright and TypeScript.Good understanding of API testing using Postman or REST Assured.Strong SQL/database validation skills.Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.ISTQB Certification is an advantage.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps is a plus.
