Job Requirements: Experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst in an Agile environment Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP, SAFe) Proficiency in using Agile Workflow tools like JIRA or TFS Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences Role Responsibilities: Direct analysis on initiatives requiring strategic change across multiple platforms Collaborate with the Product Owner to communicate the product vision, roadmap, and MVP Facilitate refinement sessions with Agile teams and business to detail out User Stories Ensure technical, security, and process standards are incorporated into product delivery
