.Handling line call and quality issue of Fuel tanks, pumps, filters, Fuel pipes , canister and CNG system .Technical guidance to vendors along with project management and schedule monitoring. .Root cause analysis and timely completion of defect handling along with supplier. .Planning for Zero defect production lines setup at Vendors. Conducting PFMEA and timely implementation of required actions based on the same .Handling line call and quality issue of Fuel tanks, pumps, filters, Fuel pipes , canister and CNG system .Technical guidance to vendors along with project management and schedule monitoring. .Root cause analysis and timely completion of defect handling along with supplier. .Planning for Zero defect production lines setup at Vendors. .Conducting PFMEA and timely implementation of required actions based on the same. .Advance Quality Planning for Mass production parts development. .Analysis of part quality issues & countermeasure planning ( FTA , 5 Why analysis , 8D method etc. ). .Identification of Technical and Systemic issues at vendor end & Prepare action plan for the same. .Good understanding of Fuel system and CNG system working & Usage areas. .Knowledge of Plastic parts manufacturing & CNG Cylinder processes (Injection molding, Blow molding , spin forming etc.) .Process knowledge & evaluation of parts related with Welding, checking fixture , Painting , Plating , other Surface Treatment methods. .Detailed knowledge regarding Moulds/Dies/Other tooling's requirements for plastic/Nylon parts manufacturing. .Working experience on Mold flow analysis, Die simulation & other relevant simulation tools.
