DM Plastic Parts new development Quality

Knowledge of manufacturing process of Plastic parts. Injection molding , Blow molding, Painting, Plating parts evaluation and failure analysis. Technical guidance to vendors along with project managment and monitoring, including technical guidence. Process knowhow for varioud process technologies like, Plastic molding, Painting, welding , plating . Part & Process evaluations preferable for new product development. Analysis of Part Quality issues & countermeasure planning. New product development activity planning Planning for zero defect production lines setup at Vendors. PFMEA and required actions planning with vendors. Advance Quality planning for new parts development. Analysis of part quality issues & countermeasure planning for mass production models. Expertise in checking fixture & welding fixture design & concept generation, validation . Good understanding ofPlastic raw material spec & usage areas. Root cause analysis for defects reported in line and counter measure implementation. Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma. Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc.). Clear & Good communication skills. Ability to work in lean, multi tasking environment. Ability to handle the product & situation independently. Knowledge about the checking fuxture concept, Mold flow analysis. Computer environment proficiency is essential for proper Documentation, presentation and its data retrieval. (MS office). Openness & positive attitude to work in team Good understanding ofFailure /Root cause analysis
