Senior MERN Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js) – Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join the Wealth Management Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable, cloud-native web applications using React.js, Node.js/NestJS, AWS, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes . The role requires strong full-stack development expertise, experience building microservices-based applications, and the ability to lead technical design and development efforts. Similar responsibilities are documented for WMT full-stack developer roles involving ReactJS, NodeJS, AWS EKS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, APIs, and CI/CD deployments. Experience: 8-11 Years Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Node.js, and NestJS. Build reusable, scalable, and secure REST APIs and microservices. Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript. Design and optimize data models using MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Deploy and support applications on AWS cloud platforms. Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments through Kubernetes (AWS EKS). Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation. Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects. Required Technical Skills Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Strong backend development experience with Node.js and NestJS Experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices Expertise with MongoDB and PostgreSQL Hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM) Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies Experience with application security, scalability, and performance optimization
