Solution Architect

Role As a Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with other technology experts to transform business processes. In this role, you will be expected to: Experience: 11-15 Years Design and implement modern data architectures using lakehouse technologies preferably Snowflake. Lead the development of robust data pipelines for batch and streaming use cases using tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, and Flink. Architect and operationalize Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance of critical business data. Enable API-driven data access and integration strategies to support internal and external data consumers. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate wealth management and insurance data requirements into scalable data models and solutions. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., FINRA, GDPR, NAIC). Drive cloud migration and modernization of legacy data platforms. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams and contribute to architectural best practices.
