The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring data consistency, and supporting users in managing enterprise data hierarchies and workflows. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain Oracle EDMCS applications to ensure smooth operation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDMCS configurations, workflows, and integrations. Support end-users with data management tasks, including hierarchy updates, attribute changes, and data validations. Perform periodic data quality checks and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with functional teams to address system or data-related issues. Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for future reference. Assist with testing and validation during upgrades or system enhancements. Provide training and guidance to end-users on EDMCS processes and best practices.
