Oracle ERP Technical Support Consultant

Job Description Job Type : Full-time & Must be Flexible to work in different time zones to support global clients. Responsibilities: Manage the RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) component lifecycle. Provide expertise in SQL and PL/SQL, including Forms and Reports. Maintain a solid understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) & Finance cycles, specifically Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P). Demonstrate expert-level product skills in the following technical areas: Oracle Report Tool, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), as well as personalization and customization techniques. Oversee data migration, conversion, and integration processes. Engage in customer-facing roles, managing client expectations and communications.
