Job Description: Oracle SCM Consultant Position: Oracle SCM Consultant Fusion Experience: 5-7 years in complex Oracle SCM project implementation and support, focusing on Fusion Cloud (Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles) Location: Ahmedabad / Pune / Bangalore/ Chennai / hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Oracle SCM Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle SCM modules, particularly in Fusion Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SCM processes and demonstrate expertise in providing application support to clients. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Support: Lead and contribute to the successful implementation and support of complex Oracle SCM projects, with a primary focus on Fusion Cloud. Module Expertise: Exhibit strong knowledge across Oracle SCM modules. Primary Skills : Plan to Produce, Order to Cash, Order Management. Project Experience: Have a minimum of 2-3 cycles of end-to-end project implementation experience as well as support projects, demonstrating proficiency in delivering SCM solutions that meet client requirements. Business Process Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of business processes and their integration with SCM systems, enabling effective solution design and implementation. Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact effectively with clients. Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive engagement with clients to understand and address their needs. Documentation and Requirements Gathering: Exhibit great documentation skills, including requirements gathering and documentation for business changes, ensuring clear and comprehensive records of client specifications and project deliverables. Client Interaction: Liaise directly with clients to gather requirements, assess change requests, and manage the end-to-end process of design, prioritization, and completion of change requests. Collaboration with Technical Consultants: Work closely with technical consultants to translate client requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. .
