Senior Quantexa Developer / LeadRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Quantexa Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end Quantexa solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesQuantexa Development & DeliveryDesign, develop, and implement Quantexa solutions across the full software development lifecycleLead end-to-end delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrityProvide technical leadership to development teams and enforce best practicesRequirements Analysis & CDE DefinitionTranslate business requirements into detailed technical specifications within the Quantexa frameworkDefine and document Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to support data governance and quality standardsEntity Resolution & Scoring OptimizationDevelop, test, and optimize entity resolution models and scoring methodologiesValidate and fine-tune models to enhance detection accuracy and system efficiencySimulation & Threshold CalibrationExecute simulations of scoring models in validation and testing environmentsCalibrate thresholds to improve detection outcomes and reduce false positives and negativesStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with development, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignmentPresent findings, recommend improvements, and obtain stakeholder approvalsAct as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholdersTeam LeadershipLead and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality code and timely deliveryDrive design decisions, establish standards, and oversee executionRequired Qualifications5–7 years of hands-on experience in Quantexa development2–3 years of experience leading teams and managing end-to-end solution deliveryStrong expertise in:Entity Resolution and scoring modelsData modeling and advanced data analysisSimulation techniques and threshold calibrationProven ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable technical solutionsExperience within compliance, risk, or financial crime environments is highly preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a hands-on technical leader who combines deep Quantexa expertise with strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
