Sr IT Proj Mgr - Tech Proj

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex IT programs and projects across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Your role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into successful outcomes. You are expected to manage end-to-end program execution with strong governance, risk management, and dependency tracking while ensuring alignment to business goals and enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies - Drive program execution and established governance frameworks - Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and delivery expectations - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and product owners - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across programs - Establish and maintain program plans, status reports, and executive dashboards - Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and quality benchmarks - Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and delivery retrospectives Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - 7+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to project and program management - Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives - Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models - Hands-on experience with program governance, risk management, and stakeholder management - Experience in Enterprise solution delivery preferred Certifications (Recommended): - Project Management Professional (PMP) - Professional Scrum Master (PSM) - Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) - SAFe Certified Additionally, the company prefers candidates with domain knowledge in telephony, IVR, automation and possessing excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams will be an advantage in this role.
