Techno Functional Business Analyst

As a Systems Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating business and system requirements. Your main responsibilities will include: - Translating business requirements into system-level requirements for development and testing teams - Performing data analysis and documenting system processes, workflows, and data flows - Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and software development teams to design solutions - Facilitating collaborative meetings to support successful project implementation - Acting as a resource for system configuration activities and supporting troubleshooting efforts - Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey information effectively and resolve conflicts In addition to the essential duties, you will also: - Work on complex, cross-functional assignments - Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with various teams throughout the solution lifecycle - Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, documentation, and processes - Be capable of creating end-to-end Process Flows Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study - Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role - Strong SQL skillset - Proficient knowledge of relational databases and data-modeling concepts - Experience working in Agile environments and excellent planning and organizational skills Preferred skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include experience with process modeling tools such as Lucidchart, integration and API analysis tools like Postman and Apigee, and exposure to ETL and data integration tools such as Talend or Informatica.
