Web Application Developer (Java)

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs.Build and optimize multi-tenant SaaS applications with high availability and performance.Design and manage data storage solutions using PostgreSQL/MySQL (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc. ).Implement caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) to improve system performance and scalability.Work with pub/sub messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for real-time data pipelines and asynchronous processing.Apply strong low-level design (LLD) principles and contribute to system architecture discussions.Collaborate with product managers, architects, and data engineers to deliver robust solutions.Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and design discussions.Ensure best practices in software design, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.Contribute to system scalability strategies, fault tolerance, and performance optimization. Requirements: Strong expertise in Core Java and the Spring Boot framework.Proficiency with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, JPA, or equivalent.Proven experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.Advanced experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL (schema design, query optimization, indexing).Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.Solid understanding of caching concepts and implementation (Redis, Memcached).Hands-on experience with pub/sub messaging systems like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency control, and distributed systems concepts.Ability to design and implement low-level designs (LLD) for complex modules.Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows. cy in JavaScript and TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or technology.3-8 years of professional experience in Java-based web application development.Proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise-grade applications.Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Good to have: Experience in the AdTech domain (campaign management, reporting, real-time bidding).Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures at scale.Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data processing.Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React.js ) for full-stack contributions.Cloud-native development experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), and logging systems (ELK, OpenTelemetry).
