Analyst Systems IT

Job Description: As a System Analyst at Medline India, your role involves collaborating with business partners to identify business problems and recommend solutions using new or existing processes, applications, systems, programs, or software. Your responsibilities will include investigating and documenting business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, interpreting business requirements to functional designs, collaborating with developers and engineers, performing implementation and configuration activities, testing solutions before production, and ensuring clear communication of process and system changes to users. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate and document business requirements from business partners, conduct workflow analyses, and write specifications. - Construct workflow charts and diagrams, interpret business requirements to functional designs, and collaborate with Developers and Engineers on Technical designs and development. - Recommend solutions or improvements to business processes through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. - Perform implementation and configuration activities, including prototyping, system configuration, operational implementation, and process documentation. - Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business partners, ensuring the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements of existing systems. - Develop reports and dashboards within applications using large datasets, and drive change through creative problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. - Ensure solutions are tested and validated sufficiently before implementation in production. - Work with business partners to communicate process and system changes clearly and provide sufficient user training. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business or IT-related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in system analysis and configuration. - Knowledge of hardware, software, programming, and experience in documenting complex processes. - Time management skills for prioritizing, organizing, and tracking details of multiple projects with varying completion dates. - Experience working with cross-functional teams, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas. - Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and customer service skills. - Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills. - Preferred qualifications include experience working with Tableau, FOCUS, SQL, SSIS, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, and R.
