Senior Analyst - Information Security

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with business partners to identify and recommend solutions for business problems related to operations data for Safety, People, Quality, Service, or Cost. You will manage multiple primary assignments, handle complex issues/requests, and act as a business relationship manager becoming a subject matter expert in operations data. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders independently. - Organize and conduct effective meetings with the team and business. - Identify inter-dependencies of complex projects across domains and communicate with cross-functional teams. - Research technologies/solutions independently. - Take ownership of deliverables, define standards, and improve existing processes. - Prioritize assignments for junior team members and provide feedback. - Investigate and document business requirements, construct workflow charts, and write specifications. - Recommend solutions or improvements to business processes. - Interpret business requirements to functional designs and collaborate with Developers and Engineers. - Perform implementation and configuration activities, act as a liaison between IT development group and business partners. - Develop reports and dashboards, ensuring solutions are tested before implementation. - Work with business partners to communicate process and system changes effectively. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in system analysis and configuration, dashboard development, SQL data analysis, agile/scrum environment. - Experience applying project management methodologies. - Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programming. - Strong time management skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, ability to initiate actions independently. - Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and customer service skills. - Business analytical, problem-solving skills, and bias for action.
